I wonder if it is a Data base problem with auto save? Again >reinstalling I found the first game, loaded it and let it think. It doesn't see 0-0-0. The number of possible moves in that position is one more than Fritz 7 thinks. When I set up my position and correct the castling status, it still malfunctions. Strange that your version responds otherwise. I guess you must be right about reinstalling or upgrading. Thanks for your effort. Greetings Hans.
