I can't argue with you because I dont have chessassistant, but what I have seen
upon downloading the "light" version that it has an "ugly" gui.
To be honest, if you think you can stay happy with chessassistant and scid and
others, then I suggest there is no need to go for chessbase. And it wont make
any differance because people will still buy chessbase. Because they know that
its still the best.
