If you're happy with Chessbase products/service, that's fine. But some people, including myself, aren't so happy. Can you tell me how to get my Deep Fritz to be 80% efficient on a dual machine? I bought it because it stated so on the box, but nobody seems to be able to get anywhere near that. Why did the released Fritz7 GUI have so many *fundamental* bugs in it? What if I install it on a PC that doesn't have Internet access? How do I get it fixed? I agree that Chessbase has produced some good software but because I have to pay decent money for each and every one of them, I expect each and every one of them to be of a sufficient level of quality, e.g tested to a minimal degree and it does what it says on the box!
