GM Hecht didn't think so, but he only gave a strange variation with 1.Kd2, allowing black's king to d5 via c6. Me and Miguel posted some interesting variations with 1.Ke3 (1.Kf3 is also okey - not just 1.Kd2), further down this thread. At the moment it looks like a draw. 1.d5 is the simplest way though.
