Living only 90 kilometers from the Rebel home base I ordered it directly as it was announced on Dec 12th, and received my copy on 12/24; it has been shipped between the more than 200,000,000 Christmas cards sent in The Netherlands alone this year. It's hard to wait, but all has been sent out and should receive you -not only D.V., but P.S.V. (Postal Service Volente) as well.... :) J.
