Yace does not use MFC. Actually the same code runs (when I last tested) on Atari ST, VMS systems, etc. And I can assure, that there are no "busy loops". At this moment, I cannot see any fault of Yace. This problem was only reported for CP. I personally see no means to solve this. Yace has no concept of sockets. It just uses stdin and stdout for communication. Yace is available for free - I seems, that it should be much easier for you to investigate this problem. Cheers, Dieter
