The idea of a static piece score table is not sound IMO.
The game changes all the time, you don't want to rush the queen out in the
opening, but you certainly want it active further down the road.
And the rooks are best placed in the open files or defending/attacking pieces.
Table scores are just rules of thumb, a positional idea if you can't find
anything else, but even the positional strategy will change during a game, so
the tables should also continuesly change (like place your pieces close to the
opponents king!:)

In other words, I think Uri, that you can forget about perfect tables ;)
