You've made the main argument for the default "Chessmaster" personality
settings; they are believed to be the "best" for all time controls and all
processor possibilities. Most personalities that have been touted by their
creators tend to be better than the default at longer time controls and/or
faster processors only.

Johan has done much testing in this regard, and that is why the Chessmaster
personality is the way it is.
