RPPKRK {KRPPkr} is eons away. Don't expect to see one this year or next.
As to your second question, see for yourself:
[D]7k/PP6/8/8/8/rR6/2K5/8 w - - acn 15759; acs 0; bm Rxa3; ce 32758; dm 5; pv
Rxa3 Kg8 b8=Q+ Kg7 Qb6 Kh7 Qg1 Kh8 Rh3#;

None of these are as interesting as highly winnable yet difficult positions.
For each of the above, there will be some positions that are winable.
[D]k7/7r/K1N5/3N4/8/8/8/8 w - - acn 1; acs 0; bm Nb6#; ce 32766; dm 1; pv Nb6#;
For added enjoyment, throw on another minor piece somewhere.

There is no injustice in following the rules. That's what rules are for. If
you would like to see them changed, send a memo to FIDE. How about this draw:
[D]3k4/Q6Q/R4N1R/1B3N2/1B6/8/8/QQQKQQQQ b - - acd 1; acn 1; acs 1; ce 0;

>So, tell me KNNN VS KB, IS THIS A WIN? how many moves?

Unfortunately, that tb file is not found here yet:
ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB/six/

Why not read Aaron Tay's Winboard FAQ about tablebase files?
