It does appear that F7 is stronger, relative to other programs, when 2 computers are being used, than when sharing the same machine with its opponent. You mentioned in your post that F7 got better results on the internet than in the engine v engine matches. And I have in mind several recent posts from Jim Walker with 2 computer results in which F7 scores better than I would expect F6 to do, such as 12.5-7.5 over J7 at g/2hrs and 10.5-9.5 over CT14 at g/60. He also reported a 6-4 score for J7 but that still leaves F7 with 16.5-13.5 over J7 in 30 games. Like I said, I don't know for sure, but I am inclined to put more weight into 2 computer results. And based on what I have seen so far, F7 appears to be stronger than F6. eric
