When you say you "hear partial sounds, sometimes no sounds", it may be because
one move's sound has "cancelled out" the other, if a move came immediately after
the previous move. Try using the "Playback Move" (CTRL+M) feature and see if you
get the full voice audio of the most recent move played. If so, then I'm not
sure what the problem might be.

Have you gotten the latest drivers for your sound card?
