I believe that even if you are interested only in programs that were tested by
the ssdf you can see Genius5 in the list.

Genius5 is not a free program and I believe that you can get it by paying for
it.

I also believe that stobor of tom kerrigen is not the
weakest commercial program and I believe that sargoonV is weaker than it.

I am not sure about today and maybe it is free but I remember that it was
commercial one or two years ago.

If you are interested in the weakest commercial program then the first problem
is to find them because there are commercial programs that almost nobody knows
about and it may be possible that the number of their buyers are 5 or 6(the
number should be positive otherwise everybody can consider her(his) program as
commercial).
