Sorry to flood the board here with this thread but.. if I make the routine in question's calling convension not FASTCALL it the code works too. I've been over this code about 100 times now and I think this is a bug in the compiler. Any thought on how likely this is? Am I dumb to just remove the FASTCALL and pretend it's working fine? Am I missing an oppertunity to find a nasty bug in my code? This problem doesn't make sense to me and I'd welcome the thoughts of more experience programmers here... I'm 99% sure this is a compiler issue; am I insane? Thanks again, Scott
