Thank you On reason to use the Fritz 7 interface could be that you want to use the new Fritz 7 book, which doesn't seem to be supported by older interfaces. On the other hand, running stable is much more important for such a tournament, and the F7 inteface is clearly a very bad choice for that! -- GCP
