I can tell you for a fact that you are wrong. AMD would never in any way authorize such information you describe. Nor would they supply an overclocking program. Some Motherboard makers have OC in their bios. And there are overclocking programs. If your processor breaks after overclocking you will not get a new one from AMD. The XP rating is what is called a 'Performance Rating' comparing it to the new Northwood P4. Nothing more that a marketing move designed to counter the Megahertz Myth. MvH Dan Andersson
