Not for me
We saw in the past that hardware advantage is not so important

Deep thought had hardware advantage but Fritz3(p90) won the world championship

In a later tournament:
Ferret,Junior and Fritz had hardware advantage against Shredder and Shredder won
the competition.

The difference from being 1.5 times faster is not a big difference and in one
tournament everything can happen.

I guess that the chances for a program based on a single processor to win the
tournament if tiger and Rebel participate is at least 1/3.
