Easy, Dan.

MSI (the m/b company) supplies the BIOS (which is able to overclock), and the
program "Fuzzy Logic" which also helps to overclock the CPU.

I included AMD in the phrase about o/c'ing because it's written up so much by
all the media. So where does the media GET this info? Where does MSI get their
info to not only create the m/b for the chip, but also to make the BIOS support
the o/c'ing the Athlon can use so well? Rather like a hand in glove wouldn't you
say?

If you make a chip that can run this well o/c'ed, (and Intel apparently does
NOT) you aren't going to officially warrant it, but you aren't going to keep it
a secret either.
