Well, it's supposed to be the best move. I don't know if it is supposed to win,
because winning is very, very doubtful. However, from the root of the position,
Pepito is the only program I know that can find an evaluation of 0.00 in a
reasonable amount of time. Most programs will score the position from slightly
negative to highly negative. Every program chooses the right move. But the
hard part is finding a suitable score. Can other programs find the draw in a
reasonable amount of time? I have not seen any others yet.
