I agree that those positions are rather useless for testing. But nevertheless
WAC represents the positions of the book "Win At Chess" by Reinfeld, if they are
good or bad.

For testing one could also remove such positions which are solved by all
programs in nearly 0 seconds. But on the other hand they might help to detect if
something is broken.
