If you are interested in what I see at glance, I would say that I see
deep trouble for White. I quickly see that all Black pieces are in
good positions, passed pawn have support, black rook could be behind the white
pawn and the black pawn is even more advanced. On the contrary, All White pieces
are in very bad locations. Taking all together, at a glace I would be extremely
worried. In other words, I would try to avoid this position like hell if
it were a possibility in a blitz game.
Now, I do _NOT_ think it is resignable. Rook engames are very tricky and
concrete calculation is needed. White should close the eyes, play Kd4 quick to
bring the King into play and see what happens. After brief calculation (it is
not glance anymore) I see that black can take in g2 and play Rf2 cutting out the
king. Rf1, g2 becomes a threat and also Kg4 etc.
