This might sound like a silly suggestion but I will really like this:

  |      Blacks       || bCLOCK |
  |                   || bLOGO  |
  |                   |\--------/
  |     DIAGRAM       |
  |                   |/--------\
  |                   || wLOGO  |
  |      Whites       || wCLOCK |
  |-------------------|\--------/

Which aligns the clocks vertically rather than horizontally.
In that way, I can quickly check it MUCH FASTER when I am in time
trouble.
