The book "H7gen.ctg" is created by using the Fritz Gen.ctg book and following
some instructions given by Chessbase shortly after the Hiarcs 7.32 came out.
There were a lot of complaints about the original book being really bad so
instructions were given to create one.  It seems OK to me but what do I know?
(Nothing and I can prove it)
