Is this match taking place on 1 computer with 2 cpus? If it is, i hope permanent brain is off. If permanent brain is on, using 2 cpus for Shredder 6 and having 1 cpu for Fritz 7a isn't fair at all because i believe Shredder 6 will have 1.5 Cpu power and Fritz 7a will only have 0.5 cpu power. I have a dual machine with 384 MB ram and 933 MHz cpus. I would love to help in your tests by playing some games online against you in FICS. If you would like to organise some test games please email me at ansonwilliams@btinternet.com I think Shredder 6.0 on a dual 933 MHz machine vs Fritz 7a on a single cpu on your machine would make for a slightly fairer match. If I'm wrong about the above, please tell me why so I won't live in ignorance forever! Regards, and thanks for the useful data you have generated up to now :) Anson
