It's true any of these programs can win a tournament (Including the WMCC).  But
these short tournaments only prove how unreliable it is to try to determine
which engine is strongest and how strong.  The SSDF will determine which is
strongest under their test conditions only.  Different hardware and different
time controls will likely produce a different "Strongest" engine.
