Yes, it does this, even when it does not look like it at the first.

No. Actually about these 2.37 seconds after the last PV was posted, the new move
was input by the GUI.

It immediately repeats the current PV, and (for the log file only) also slightly
reformats it. It does not make much a difference here, but it would break longer
PVs up into lines, that fit inside conventional 80 columns width editor windows.
Then it shows the statistics (also only in the log file).

You can see, that this is just the same as above, only the nodes and time are
updated. The idea of this repetition is: Some GUIs may not show PVs soon posted
after the search started. So, this should guarantee, that at least one PV is
seen.
