Rob you are right of course. The FEN tag should be written as

[FEN "4rk2/2p2prp/pq2b2N/1p6/8/2PR1Q2/PP4PP/5R1K w - - 0 1"]

Steven, the score is part of the Yazgac test suite. Most of the test
suites,
similar to endgame studies, start with move number 1.
