I maybe should have said in my first reply that I am not a high rated player.
Not rated at all :)
The higher rated players in his book are rated right around 2000, some lower
some higher rated and he is telling them what they are doing wrong.
This is why i would say, yes I think it would be helpful to a USCF 2000-rated
player too
