Now I have it at hand, so I can look at it more accurately :))

You should install both Chesstiger engine modules. One is called Chesst~1.dll in
the main directory of you CT installation, the other Chesst~2.dll

If you're uncertain, right click on the files and read there properties. Under
the "version" tab you should see "Chess Tiger module" and "Gambit Tiger Module".

If you select "use engine book" and unselect "use GUI book" you will see the
engine book going with the engine, being ct.tbk
