Yes, that's the quickest way to win.  But I think White can win by ordinary
moves, such as 1.Bc2 Ng4 2.h7 Kg7 3.Kxb5 Nxe5 4.Kc5.  Or am I missing something?
 My question would be, why hadn't Black already resigned?
