After upgrading Fritz 7 with the on line upgrade, should there be any changes in the Fritz 7 engine file from the Engine folder? I know if you click onto help and then (About Fritz 7) you will see the change in date from November 11 to November 22. I was just wondering if there would be a change to the engine file. I saw no change. With Fritz 6 you would see a change in the size of the engine file after the upgrade, but not so with Fritz 7. Unless somehow the upgrade is not affecting the engine file like it should. I don't think my Fritz 7 program is playing that well compared to Fritz 6 and Deep Fritz. Any information on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
