If people never heard about shredder they will ignore the fact that shredder does well and if people hear that Shredder is number 1 when Fritz is number 2 then they are probably going to buy Shredder. If stefan's program can be number 1 in the ssdf and it is not number 1 thanks to chessbase then it seems that stefan is losing from chessbase. The number of people who want to buy an inferior program relative to Fritz is not very high unless the program has the name chessmaster. Uri
