Subject: What's the difference in using Engine and GUI books for Tiger 14?

With the Tiger 14.0 it allows you a few choices between using the Engine book or
GUI books, so is one book better than another?

Would you gain or possibly lose strength by using both books together? I assume
that when you place a check mark aside of each (Engine and GUI book) that in
effect you will now be using both!
