Subject: Is ChessPartner 5.1 entertaining and reasonably strong?

I have a number of the standard high-end chess programs.  Is ChessPartner 5.1 a
decent program and one worth owning?  Does anybody know about how strong ELO it
is on a fast machine? Does it have a decent opening book? Thanks in advance.
