Yes. I have used PartitionMagic to setup partitions using older OS to run DOS based chess programs. I didn't need to set up a DOS partition as Windows 98 worked but that was the next step! I put Rebel 9, 10, Century, Hiarcs 7 and MCPro 8 on the new partition and everything worked fine.
