Playing in a homogenous group will also help. If the young player can match up with other players of the approximate same strenght on a regular basis. They as a group will advance rapidly. A leader that supervises their play and gives constructive criticism and guidance will help too. But the leader must be much better than the trainees for it to work properly. At least until they reach the 2000's strength wise. MvH Dan Andersson
