I own an AMD 1400 Mhz machine with 512 MB DDR and a 40 GB Hard drive.  It uses
an ATI Radeon 64 MB DDR video card displaying on a 21 inch G810 Viewsonic.

Am I happy.  Yes!

I think that the Intel 2.2 GHz machines with 0.13 micron chips will run cooler
and be better than the AMDs and in fact they do video games about 20% faster
than the 1.6 GHz AMDs.

AMD will catch up with Intel. Intel will try harder to surpass AMD.  The
customer benefits.
