Fritz couldn't get it on its own in 18 minutes (1.2 GHz), but with the help of
Fritz I was able to find this:

1.e7!
   [1.exf7 Qa3+ 2.Kd5 should also win]
1...Qa3+ 2.Rb4 Qa7+ 3.Kxc4 Qxe7 4.Nxg6+! fxg6 5.Bf6+! Qxf6
   [5...Bg5 6.Bxe7+-]
6.Kd5+! Kg5
   [6...Bf4 7.Rxf4+ Qxf4 8.exf4+-]
7.h4+ Kf5 8.g4+! hxg4 9.Rf4+! Bxf4 10.e4#
