Assuming a 6 to 8 fold speed up and a 45 to 70 ELO rating increase for each doubling of speed then the rating would be about 120 to 200 ELO points. Incidentally, AMD will have a microprocessor at the end of this decade that is 10 to 20 times as fast as a PIV 2200 Mhz computer.
