I am sure it must be there, program name is ert.exe. Perhaps your windows settings are set to hide extensions of know file types? You can check that in windows explore or "My computer" under Tools -> Folder Options -> View Then if there is something checked 'Hide File Extensions for know file types' be sure to uncheck it.
