K.Burcham,First of all thank You for Your help.I took Your advise and downloaded the sp2express.exe Microsoft up-date for Windows 2000 Professional.I wasn't aware there was an up-grade.After the download I played serval Games against other Programs on other P/Cs and It hasn't pulled those "moneyshines"anymore,may-be thats all It will need.The P/C that had/has this shutdown problem came with Windows 98, which I up-grade to Windows ME and then backed the ME out and replaced It with Windows 2000 Proessional.Something could have got corrupted or screwed up in the process,Who knows?While on the Subject what do those other Web Sites have that could help Me?I do appreciate it.Thank You,>>>>Mike
