They have the same basis, but are different for each individual. FIDE ELO takes into account only international events (this event was one), local ELO takes all local events. FIDE ELO is tricky to calculate since my first opponent doesn't have a FIDE rating. If I take his local rating of 2218, I get a TPR of around 2460. The TPR according to local ELO is higher, as Golod & Avrukh are both around 2600. I'll have to work it out, but I guess it's just above 2500. Amir
