Chezzz encountered the following position as white: [D]6k1/1Q6/3K1b1p/5P2/6P1/8/8/4r3 w - - 0 100 In fact this is just one random position, I could have chosen any of the positions from the last 20 moves of the game or so, because the point is that it didn't seem to progress at all. I would think that white would have an advantage here, but I am a lousy chess player. Is this a draw? Are there some rules that will tell me that this is a draw? What do programs with tablebases say here? /David
