This position is presumably a draw or at least hard to win.

Nevertheless, due to whites overwhelming material advantage,
"foolproof"-fortresses are hard to devise.
For example this position:

6k1/1Q6/3K1b1p/5P2/6P1/8/8/4r3 w - - 0 100

should continue with no geat surprises.

In the original position, white could try to move his queen to g6.
It is not worth to explain, that white will win easily if he can activate his
f-pawn.
But there are always numerous different possibilities to defend.
