not exactly, Gromit 3.9.5 became Amateur World Champion, but Gromit 3.8.2
is only about 6 months older and also had a very good result at
the IPCCC 2001 (it finished 4th, best amateur, best buchholz).
Gromit 3.9.5 and 3.10.2 (the version used in PocketGrandmaster)
are stronger than the 3.8.2, a rough estimate is 50 Elo.
