I think people should feel free to criticize programs, and while I can't speak for everyone, I encourage people to criticize mine, since it is easier for me to fix a problem when I know it exists and that people care about it. I also think that people should feel free to discuss business practices, since it must be true that a lot of people read this group in order to make purchase decisions, I know that I have. This doesn't give anyone the right to try to wreck someone's reputation or business with persistent and repetitive attacks though, we are here in part to get away from that kind of thing. bruce
