Just remember that Vincent's behavior is based on a lot of _past_ _experience_. He has competed in events where there were "crafty clones". Bionic Impakt was one example. Others include voyager, le petite and others. He is naturally suspicious of a new program where the author is unknown and has not been asking lots of questions here and in usenet newsgroups or on chess servers. It turns out that while he might be wrong in this case, he has been right in several in the past. That tends to color your thinking a bit in such cases...
