I read >it as 40 moves in 120 minutes /60 seconds?? :-))) No, these " are only the closing quotation marks that began with "Harald... 40/120+60 means 40 moves in 120 minutes plus 60 minutes for the rest of the game. So the games cannot last longer than 6 hours which is absolutely enough.
