He did'nt ask for permission, but I also did'nt expect that he need any permission to participate (I'm not familiar with the tournament rules). So it was also OK for me, because the engines are very different. Of course, I would like to see the latest/strongest programm (Goliath Blitz) in the tournament. But - if only one of both engines may participate - it would be fair if Michael Okser starts with Goliath Light. My opinion - your decision.
