I think Fernando is responding to the post by the gentleman who
wanted to know if he was a programmer.  Here is a partial quote
from that post:

"Otherwise... I have a standard reply to those suggest alternative
 methods of doing things - write a chess program that uses an alternative
 method, and prove that the current search methods are inferior!"

This was not the only post of this nature, there were others that
had the same tone.  NONE OF THESE POSTS WERE MINE.  I believe I
also responded to this post directed at Fernando by saying anyone
is welcome to express their ideas.   And that is how I genuinely
feel about it despite the fact that you think I am being a snob.

I hope my response to Enrique clarifies how I feel about this whole
business, I don't need to rehash it.  I definitely regret the wording
I chose in my strong post to Thorsten and the fact that it was so
easily misunderstood.
