Bruce, this is at least the second time Vincent simply discredits Jan Kaan (the
person in question) without evidence. The previous time he wrote to a large
number of people that Jan Kaan had no right "to be in the chessworld", based on
his KNSB rating.

Ed Schroder is perfectly right: stop that sort of unfair campaigning.
